Internal Cultivation Work
One hundred days to establish the foundation, ten months to achieve success, transcending the ordinary to enter the sagehood, commanding wind and thunder. Concentrate the spirit, stabilize the breath, visualize the Golden Palace, the single point of spiritual light connects above and below. To allow the primordial spirit to enter the left and right, rely entirely on the four characters for breathing.
Concentrate the spirit, gather qi, form the Golden Pill. The dipper turns, stars shift,弹 passing the pass. Startling the red crow cries out thoroughly, overturning heaven and earth with dark clouds.
Entering the room, concentrate the spirit and remain still, eliminating delusional thoughts, this body naturally merges with the virtue of heaven and earth. Visualize one Dipper, the handle points to the heart, the mouth at the kidneys. Then visualize another Southern Dipper, the handle points to the kidneys, the mouth at the heart, two dippers shining with golden light. After a long time, see two golden books in the Ancestral Palace like golden pills, blending into this character entering the heart, forming a character entering the kidneys. Like a bellows breathing, making a cooking sound. After a long time, a character enters the lungs, then a character enters the liver and gallbladder. Making the sound of 'huo' and 'yue' in the breathing mouth. Thus for one or two hours, waiting for the yin and yang in the body to clash, mountain and marsh connecting qi, verifying the response of quiet work. Eyes flashing like lightning, belly sounding like thunder, forehead sweating like rain, breath rising like clouds, ears buzzing like wind, fontanel dry like clear sky. Obtaining this clear response, mix the two golden books as before, entering the Ancestral Palace. Then awaken the primordial spirit, lifting it with this character.
Praying for rain and executing vengeance, anger arises. Using this method with Innate Qi, utilizing the wonder of one's own primordial spirit. Recite the Ma Sheng Auspicious Mantra, Red Crow Mantra, Scolding Thunder Chapter, Sixteen-Character Mantra, to stir the primordial spirit, overturning the two dippers, stimulating the messengers, leading wind, clouds, thunder, lightning, and rain, five matters, rising from the Ancestral Palace to the Heavenly Gate, entering the Xun Palace. Draw golden books with the Heavenly Eye in front, use the two-hand Thunder Formation to lead down to the altar front, dispatch at will. This is the wonder of yang generating yin, yin generating yang, overturning the dipper handle, kicking over the Yellow River.

Iron face sweeping demons, wolf teeth devouring plague. Black sky thunder drums shake, ten thousand miles without trace. Orders transmit heavenly edicts, heat scatters in the empty void. Praying for rain uses the Seven-Turn Mantra. Mouth recites, hand pinches, collects on Yin. Move brush while reciting.
First turn: Six Spirits emerge; second turn: Four Evils rise; third turn: Kuigang moves; fourth turn: Black clouds surge; fifth turn: Thunder crashes; sixth turn: Rain and thunder resolve; seventh turn: Collects rainbows, drought demons, intercepts wind, rain, and irregular ghosts, summoning them under the Five Thunders to die and lose form. Praying for Clear Skies Seven-Turn Mantra, mouth recites, hand pinches, Yin takes fire qi, circles out on Li.
First turn: Six Spirits hide; second turn: Four Evils sink; third turn: Haze collects; fourth turn: Continuous rain stops; fifth turn: Heaven and earth shine brightly; sixth turn: Sun and moon combine light; seventh turn: Seals pools and locks seas, collecting haze and irregular qi, going under the Five Thunders to die and lose form. Urgently奉 Jade Emperor's edict.
When writing talismans, hold breath, first recite the Sixteen-Character Heart Chapter, move one's own Central Palace Ancestral Qi Golden Light, shooting straight onto the paper, seeing the messenger like flying. Move the Thunder Mantra, and throat sound, left hand Thunder Formation, one stroke quickly sweeps to form the talisman. Do not allow any interruption. The Master says: Writing talismans requires stillness and stability, no self, no other, mixed as one qi, like the beginning before differentiation. When life moves, open eyes and look, this is the Taiji, then paint one stroke on the paper, and my messenger is formed. Then complete the talisman's shape. This method uses the Innate Great Dao, the wonder of one's own primordial spirit, intention moves spirit follows, not needing visualization or mantras. Only this one stroke, the work is complete, and strange responses are seen. If careless or negligent, the effect is far away. Must rely on one's own spirit, expressing the central, upright, and fierce qi. That feels this summons, what cannot be done? Later generations do not understand the great principle, do not know the wonder of the Ancestor's heart transmission, boasting in their methods, acting wildly on paper, using characters and seals to massage and stimulate as secrets, not knowing who the messenger is. Thus seeking response is a one-in-a-million luck. Alas. One blind leading many blind, pulling each other into a fire pit. Lost and more lost, far away indeed. The talisman's scattered shapes are listed above, left for later generations to view. Understand clearly, let go and practice. All in the same alliance must thoroughly investigate the Ancestor's method transmission meaning, the way of inheriting use, guard conduct with precision, accumulate merit. If one can follow what is done above, then wind and clouds are in my hands, clear and rain not by heaven. Do not violate yourself, to bring punishment.
Cutting the Rainbow
The rainbow is the demonic qi of mountains and rivers, all due to quiet work not established, five doors not closed, causing this demon. Moreover, one's own delusional thoughts are not removed, thus having the obstruction. One can approach the altar, with golden light virtually write on the rainbow's location. Then with the right hand sword formation, write on the left palm, moving golden light to cut away. Then use one's own Tiyang killing qi to blow away, using Ji killing qi to urge and press, right foot stomping the ground, sword formation cutting off. Invite the messenger to cut the rainbow and whip the dragon, drive thunder and bring rain, arriving at the altar to greatly manifest response. If not responding, again follow the previous actions.
Obscuring the Sun
The method of obscuring the sun, temporarily preserving the text. Requires quiet work to be complete, response not violating. One can first burn incense in a quiet room, use a bowl of water, with ink small write the Sun's taboo Ling, recite the Sun Mantra: Om Va mouth Ri La Hui mouth Na Li Suo He, with left eye sunlight entering. Then write the Moon's taboo Yu Nu, recite the Moon Mantra: Om Va mouth Yue Luo mouth Fa Luo Suo Po Sa He, with right eye white light entering. Then output Tiyang number , recite Tiyang Mantra: Om Hong Hong Wo Da Li Suo He Red Sun Three Five Arrive, ear collects Gang qi entering. Suddenly feel heaven and earth dark, sun without light. Then Heavenly Eye write , with Ancestral qi entering. Then use right hand sword formation write Ji, with killing qi entering. Then use Mulang Mantra to stir and operate. Then write the messenger talisman cover. If not responding, again use sword formation on left palm write , with right rub move cut into water. Invite the messenger to quickly obscure sunlight, raise clouds and spit fog, drive thunder and bring rain to the altar, immediately manifest response.
Transferring Thunder and Rain
After bowing to the Heart Chapter, look at external response, then know if tomorrow's thunder and rain will arrive at the altar or not, or in which direction. Pre-notify and invite the messenger on a certain day and hour in a certain direction where there is thunder and rain, quickly close the local City God, She Ling, and Earth God departments, with one heart and one force, not violating the time, transfer thunder and rain to the altar, greatly manifest response, to display Dao Fa. If deities in various places do not take saving from drought as urgent, wrongly dividing borders, thus obstructing, order the messenger to obey the original descending Golden Book Edict, take appropriate action to behead and execute. Output one's own Ancestral Palace Golden Light to write on the palm, spread on the altar. In the heart's void, then look at the thunder and rain direction, write the messenger talisman with golden light, sword formation cut the number to go, press up the Thunder God, transfer thunder and rain to the altar. Use the Supreme Heaven Great Thunder Mantra to urge and dispatch. Because the talisman has no fixed shape, using qi as spirit. The text is here, but the reality is not here. Later those peeking for profit and seeking novelty, adding and subtracting differently, confusing and erroneously transmitting, thus losing the original truth. Those practicing the method must carefully reference, do not engage in empty words.
One Qi Samsara Mystery Wonder
The supreme Dao is mysterious and operates in the dark, deviating and transforming is truly hard to understand. Casually try whistling at the west wind, scaring the yin demons'胆 to tremble and fear.
Called a method, no human feeling, called heavenly book, cannot be drawn. If within this one know a grain of millet, driving thunder and serving lightning all depend on the heart. Two characters, governing ten thousand spirits, why bother seeking on paper? After obtaining, must sew the mouth, lest red fire randomly burn the body. Completing the world's merit, return to the Thunder Department, come to find Lightning Mother Xiu Wenyin.
This is the Lightning Mother's personally transmitted Moon Cauldron, the wonder of bloodline transmission. As for the mysterious pearl internal operation, ten months of work, transcending the ordinary to enter the sagehood, praying and driving treatment, visualizing and summoning dispatching, issuing talismans and edicts, submitting Heart Chapters, internal and external responses, head and tail only two numbers, no redundancy. Shichen Mysterious Pearl Song
The great Dao is wordless, closing breath internal observation. Tiyang rotates, seven luminaries shine cold. Five stars connect, circling the Niwan. Water and fire cross-shoot, metal and wood clash, metal and water generate, wood and fire obtain. Earth is the spirit of intention, following qi to generate and clash. Wind, fire, thunder, lightning, rain, clear, hail, snow. One qi flows, chaotic and majestic. Scattered into ten thousand things, gathered into the red infant, transformed into the Thunder God,化成 one's own innate before heaven and earth, one and only. Heart fire is spirit, liver anger soul startles. Spleen spirit controls intention, three commanders transform shape. Clear and turbid initially divide, then there are five thunders. Down responding to five prisons, five qi come and go. Birth, prosperity, tomb, clash, the meaning is profound. The mysterious female's gate, the ancestor of five qi. Niwan's heavenly gate, the mansion of ten thousand spirits. Gall qi is thunder, intention is the messenger. Two kidneys are sun and moon, navel wheel is stars and dippers. Heart is Tiyang, water and fire become thunder. Metal and fire draw lightning, wood and fire wind moves. Metal and water abundant. Earth is the central palace, operating five elements. Often朝 the Supreme Emperor, Niwan's respect. My mouth is the edict, following my order to execute. Spirits are not external spirits, the essence of five qi. My qi is naturally spiritual, external spirits are not spiritual. Five doors not closed, heaven and earth do not combine. Five qi not gathered, five thunders do not generate. Yin and yang not steaming, where does rain come from? If not Tun and Meng, where does rain rise? Tun and Meng not emit, lightning does not appear. This spirit without qi, how to emit? Heart fire not blazing, Xu fire not descends. Liver spirit not angry, Xin commander not arrives. Intention has no master, messenger does not arrive. Water and fire do not cross, spirit has no nourishment. Primordial spirit not complete, primordial qi is short. Wildly serving ghosts and spirits, saying the method is not spiritual, writing talismans and reciting mantras, laughing at the world. Heaven, earth, and humans, one qi flows. Ancient and modern sages and worthies, one principle connects. Vast nine provinces, four seas ten thousand miles. Where to seek a teacher,不如 seeking oneself. Palm's mysterious mechanism, chest's profound meaning. Encourage the good learner, my words are finished.
Moon Cauldron One Qi Wonder Man Jiang Hong
The method is in the innate, in the mysterious place, no words can be said. Its key is to guard the central and upright, the spiritual platform clear and bright. Taiyi spirit resides in the Xuan Valley Mansion, innate qi is in the Xuan Guan Acupoint. Operate wind and thunder, pray for rain and snow, serve ghosts and spirits, drive demons and evil. Just this, right and wrong, talisman not mantra not Gang mantra. Entirely requires storing spirit in the light's silent place, work complete and deeds full, immortal rank lined up. Playing in the great void hiddenly, driving auspicious clouds,朝 the Golden Palace.
Shichen Poem Mantra
The two dippers initially born point to Kan and Li, five elements mix to form the infant. Overturning the dipper handle, thunder shakes, rolling back the Yellow River, snow waves follow.
Inside yang, inside yin, heaven wants to clear, yin wraps yang soul, rain comes. After the mysterious pearl internal operation is complete, bellows wind and thunder operate the transformation mechanism.
Yuquan Poem Mantra
The human body is heaven and earth, naturally merging in the dark. The universe is in the palm, creation generates my body. Angry then thunder and rain resolve, happy then heaven clear and bright. Internal work ten months full, the messenger can communicate with spirit.
Sacrifice Thunder Oath Chapter
One sip swears to heaven, seeking not to fail heaven. Two sips swear to earth, never fail earth. Three sips swear to my Thunder God, never dare to fail Thunder God. Thunder God fails me, wind blades destroy form; I fail Thunder God, the crime is not light. Humbly request to straighten and solemnize the majesty, strictly dress the crown and belt, spread the Thunder Lightning Fire Car array, execute the wind, cloud, rain, hail might. Suddenly up connecting three heavens, in a moment touring nine earths. Execute demons quickly, cut monsters in an instant. Destroy temples and break evil, this is the Thunder's basic duty; drive plague and subdue evil, is the Heavenly General's usual ritual. Lift the tripod and pull the mountain, overturn heaven and earth, catch dragons and seize tigers, cut trees and slaughter spirits. Behind拥 spears and halberds, front row weapons. Generals divide into Eight Trigrams, spirits list Five Thunders. Internally press the Xuanji, centrally hide sun and moon. Twenty-eight mansions, arranged in the four dimensions. Strongmen wave spears, Tianding operate axes. Pointing out the nine provinces' sins and merits, investigating the three realms' right and wrong. All become great merit, jointly assist the non-action transformation. Hold the heart without laziness, have fate with the Dao. Many line up the altar field, proclaim and execute their duties. Must obey the orders, jointly complete the profound wind. All official documents, respectfully read aloud.
Moving Thunder
The method of moving thunder, its key lies in rectifying the heart and being sincere, stabilizing breath and forgetting punishment, the heart equal to the great void, the spirit condensed in the empty valley, all thoughts forgotten, nine orifices merged. In the midst of stillness and stability, wait for the nine earths below, the profound essence, rising vigorously, meeting in the Li Palace. Gradually ascending and descending the three fields, circulating the four limbs, tight and narrow, filling heaven and earth. When the time arrives, at the moment of one movement, then the five qi clash, thunder and lightning act together. Thus the mechanism of induction is here, not there.
Raising Clouds
The I Ching says: Kan is water, Gen is mountain. Mountain and marsh connect qi, mountains and rivers produce clouds. Because earth and water steam into clouds, yin and yang become rain, the wonder of achieving harmony lies in the quiet heart guarding one, gathering qi and condensing spirit. Directly requiring ascending and descending misty, must observe its changing state. Its rising has a direction, its moving has a momentum. Thus the sign of rain is seen. Generally, the thought is firm, the cloud's condensation; the heart's wish is broad, the cloud's spreading. Spirit and qi combine, cloud moves and rain applies. If the cloud qi initially rises and has not spread, yet shouting at the sky to collect, then the cloud scatters with the qi, turning not responding. Not knowing that my qi gathers; heaven and earth's qi also gathers, my qi scatters, heaven and earth's qi also scatters. Thus the I Ching says: Clouds on heaven, Xu. Xu means waiting. Must wait for the form and momentum to be achieved, then can exert the shout.
Stopping Wind
The I Ching says: Stirring ten thousand things, none is faster than wind. It also says: Wind comes from fire. Thus when extremely high, there is much wind; when the wind qi is severe, the cloud qi is hard to form. Therefore when wind moves, it is dry. The wonder of operation, stillness to control it. In the time of great stability and stillness, receiving vision and returning to hearing, spirit and qi internally stored, then the spirit wind is quiet and silent, mountains rise with clouds, rain follows to apply. The wonder of raising wind is not out of the between of movement and stillness. But if my spirit and energy are vigorous, why worry about the wind not moving?

Thus the Sun is Thunder, the Taiyin is Lightning, cannot be neglected.

There are talismans of the red rooster and purple goose, hiding the chicken in the Xun door; there are writing talismans and imagining to obscure; there are shouting and summoning clouds to obscure. Speaking by reason, it is not fully good. Should use my single point of extreme yin's essence to obscure it, naturally there will be clouds to obscure. Thus the Purple Yang True Man said: Take the Kan position's heart center reality, transform the Li Palace's abdomen yin, also this meaning.
Praying for Rain
The I Ching's Pi hexagram says: Heaven and earth do not cross, and ten thousand things do not communicate, inside yin and outside yang, inside soft and outside hard. It also says: Heaven and earth do not cross, Pi. Because in the seventh and eighth months, the yang essence burns fiercely above, the yin qi hides below, causing ascending and descending to be unable, praying and petitioning not responding. Looking up to the great void's darkness, looking down to the people's hearts' anxiety. At this time, talismans and chapters, qi and mantras, imagining and practicing, all become empty documents. I have heard that Yu thought if the world had a drowning person, it was as if he himself was drowning. Ji thought if the world had a starving person, it was as if he himself was starving. At this moment, who does not have a sorrowful feeling? In the user's overturning the nest, emitting the true and returning to the source, within seven days and seven nights, greatly stable and still, reversing the Dao, then the pivot mechanism must change. The I Ching says: Seven days to return, the heavenly way operates. Pi reaches Tai comes, yang extreme yin generates. Naturally making clouds, heavily raining. Unless the world's perfect person, who can participate in this?
Praying for Clear Skies
The meaning of praying for clear skies lies in stillness, stability, condensing spirit, not a single thread hanging, two qi flowing. First collect the remaining clouds and leftover rain, fully exhaust them, then in the Nine Yang Furnace, operate the true fire,鼓动 bellows, blowing up the Xun wind, in a moment the wind rises and greatly changes, a clap of thunder, the fire dragon flies up, melting and scattering the haze, the sunlight appears. Thus Laozi said: Wanting to close it, must first open it. Wanting to take it, must first give it. These are all the principles of releasing and seizing.
Killing and Vengeance
Yin and yang are heaven and earth's work, ghosts and spirits are the two qi's good ability. Zhongni said: The virtue of ghosts and spirits is great indeed. Looking at it and not seeing, listening to it and not hearing, embodying things and not leaving. It also says: Abundant as if above, as if to the left and right. The Shi Jing says: The spirit's arrival, cannot be measured, how can it be abandoned? The subtle and manifest, the sincere cannot be hidden thus. The I Ching says: Essence and qi become things, wandering souls become changes. Thus knowing ghosts and spirits are the traces of creation. Thus ten thousand qi are one qi, ten thousand spirits are one spirit, ten thousand ghosts are one ghost. Unless the person of the Dao, who can apply the killing mechanism? As for the demon stars and contrary images, and demons and monsters, mountain spirits and water ghosts, cannot be fully recorded. They can also change into ten thousand shapes, hide and appear in a hundred ways, even harming life, raising demons and making evil. Those treating and driving, if saying that they use a certain spirit, this uses a certain method, they use a certain raising of demons, this uses a certain action, all are not so. Because ghosts and spirits can know people's movement and stillness, people cannot know the ghosts' spirits' state. Their treatment is wonderful in the between of not seeing and not hearing, within the profound and vague. When the thought moves, then there is a spirit to serve, a sword to fly, a thunder to execute, making them crush bones and碎身, removing form and extinguishing traces. Alas. Ghosts and spirits do not know, not by me, who else by? Generally, demons also steal the three lights' qi, borrowing the five elements' essence, but not knowing to abandon evil and return to the upright, giving up having and forgetting non-being. I should in the Great Round Mirror, show this to them, making them melt ten thousand thoughts, suddenly awaken to one truth. Alas. One spirit upright, ten thousand spirits all upright; one qi harmonious, ten thousand qi all harmonious; one person awakens, ten thousand people all awaken. Yan Yuan said: Overcoming self and returning to ritual, the world returns to benevolence. Laozi said: If people can always be clear and quiet, heaven and earth all return.
