Create find.pl to Compile OpenSSL with Perl 5

Some tools still rely on the old openssl library, which is needed when compiling — for example, Google Earth Enterprise uses openssl 1.0.2h. Direct compilation on CentOS 7 installed in a virtual machine will fail. The find.pl file you create must be placed in a directory that is on Perl's @INC path, so that Perl can find it (e.g. /usr/lib64/perl5); then compilation will succeed.
