道德经注解（十三）：宠辱若惊，贵大患若身。

What does it mean to be an expensive victim?I have a big patient, for I have a body, and I have no body, what do I suffer?Therefore, if you think of yourself as the world, you can send the world; if you love yourself as the world, you can entrust the world. * * Yin Talisman Sacrifice: Being loved and insulted is like being frightened and feared. Such a great pain as honor and disgrace is as precious as one's own life.What does it mean to be flustered and disgraced?Getting pampered is low status. Getting pampered is particularly surprising. Losing pampered is panic-stricken.This is called being spoiled and being humiliated.What does it mean to value suffering as much as life itself?The reason why there is a big problem is because I have things that I care about and care about very much. If I do not care about things that I care about, and I am not distracted and disturbed by external things, then what else do I have to worry about and fear?Therefore, taking the world as a body, you can send the world and love the world like your own body, then you can entrust the world with it.On the next level, if you take the Dao as your body, you can settle in the Dao, and if you love the Dao as the Dao, you can be in harmony with the Dao.
